The FG Residential Tourism Consulting Division conceives a unique resort. Based on market research and with over 15 years of experience in resort development, we help our clients define the strategy and the contents that would maximize the value of the resort.

We identify the target and the value system the resort will offer to its clients, and we determine the key success factors and the marketing strategy to attract the clients and maintain their loyalty.
We also implement a unique multi-channel distribution system that will dictate the cash-flow of the project.

Our speciality lies in the following three fields; all are within Macro Residential Golf Resorts: Land Development, Project Management and International Distribution.
