FG Property Fund
We have been actively involved in the southern European Real Estate market for over 15 years. FG Property Fund in the first quarter of 2006 was worth almost 100 Million Euros in property.
The FG Property Fund is a specialist fund, which is intended to provide long-term capital growth from investments in securities across many geographical areas. It invests directly in property with the majority of fund allocation in residential real estate investment and primary residency in major southern and western European cities.

This is a bottom-up, actively managed private personalized fund. It aims to maintain a concentrated portfolio of typically 5 to 20 properties per client. The portfolio construction is driven primarily by geographical selection and, to a lesser extent, by type of property selection, depending upon the client.
Returns are expected to come from a combination of capital appreciation and rent income.
