Since 1981 our firm has been actively involved in Spanish
civil aviation. Whether it has been training pilots,
trading aircrafts or consulting European companies,
FG has witnessed a tremendous growth in this market.
FG Aeronautics has given consultancy
to some of the most important Aero-taxing companies
in Europe, we have sold over 35 aircrafts in the past
few years and we own and manage La
Mancha Airport, a private airfield 50 miles
south of Madrid and the only private airport of its
size in the centre of the Iberian Peninsula.
Since 1872, FG has pioneered agriculture
in Europe. Our bodegas started wine production using
the famous La Rioja grape Tempranillo. Over the years
we have cultivated over 5,000 hectares of our own land
and we are one of the leading land agents for the European
aristocracy.
Our consulting division has consulted
top companies in each of our specialities. We specialize
in 3 major market sectors, Residential
Tourism, which is run by our Real Estate division,
China Manufacturing,
run by our International Trade office in Shanghai and
International Implantation and Distribution
(IID) a stand alone department used mainly by our
two other consulting departments to help companies move
to new countries and distribute their products.
Being developers ourselves and having a vast experience
in the markets across the world, makes us European leaders
in the Residential Tourism
Consulting market. We have developed almost 1000
properties in the past few years. Our ability to negotiate
licensing with governments in over 35 countries has
helped our clients developed a further 6,000 properties.
Our speciality within the Real
Estate sector is in the following three fields,
all within Macro Residential Golf Resorts: Land
Development, Project
Management and International Distribution.
In addition we still develop around 250 properties a
year and manage a property portfolio
of over 100 Million Euros for our clients.
FG infrastructure in Asia operates
our factory in China, making us one of the world leaders
in wooden products trade with Spain and the first European
factory manufacturing wooden flooring in China. Apart
from selling our own products, we offer a tailor made
service for companies looking to move all or part of
their production line to China.
